Awesome variety.
Lovely, ripe Cabernet Sauvignon from Colchagua, on of Chile's 'hottest' wine regions, thanks to the hard work plus first-class shown by producers like Alto Los Romeros. Dark burgundy colour. Delicate cologne of plum, red currants & blackberry with a hint of spice and sweet vanilla. Warm on the palate, velvety with some soft tannins. Well balanced. Terrific length. & they flavours won the judges' Seal of Approval at London's International Wine Project.
